After you are finished with your water activities, an indoor stacked washer and dryer have been installed for easy laundry. Up to three cars may be parked under the building in the carport. Sorry, not handicap accessible - no elevator. Pinellas county has tons of activities to offer. Of course the beach and pool are right outside your door. Jet skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, canoeing, boating, fishing or just digging your toes in the sand - if water sports are your thing, this is the place! Halfway between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach, you can enjoy all of the activities, shops & restaurants both towns have to offer and everything in between. Rent a boat and cruise the intercoastal or visit one of the many State parks close by. John's Pass is a favorite for local shopping and there are restaurants galore up and down Gulf Blvd. Busch Gardens is just across Tampa Bay and Orlando attractions such as Disney, Universal & Sea World are about an hour and forty five minutes away. Like to gamble? Take a casino cruise, visit Tampa Bay Downs, the greyhound races, jai alai, or stop at the Seminole Casino, all within a short drive from the beach. | |
